Digital City Gates Development
Located in one of Riyadh’s busiest business hubs, the Digital City receives over 60,000 employees daily through 7 main gates making zero downtime a non-negotiable requirement.
Mawarid was entrusted with the redevelopment of the main gates, ensuring uninterrupted access during peak traffic hours, with no impact on infrastructure or services.

Fit-Out
Creative Formula offices
Mawarid was appointed to lead the rejuvenation of Creative Formula’s Riyadh office, completing a full fit-out of 950 m² within a live commercial tower. The project demanded a full transformation executed under a tight 30-day timeline without disturbing neighboring businesses.

Special Project
s-oger-special facade precast
Mawarid was entrusted with the execution of complex architectural façade works for a prestigious project with S-Oger, involving 360 linear meters of vertical concrete façade reaching 27 meters high. The façade featured custom mosaic finishes in blue tones, integrated into a precast system requiring high-precision coordination across trades.
- Large Precast Panels: Due to the scale and weight, precast elements were divided into smaller segments, following architectural rhythm to conceal joints and maintain visual continuity
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Seamless interface with structural teams, MEP, and architects ensured clean integration of lighting systems and infrastructure within the façade design
- Special Mould Fabrication: All moulds for precast units were custom-fabricated in-house, tailored to the unique architectural geometry
- Complex Interior Façade Execution: Inside the central hall (27 m high), Mawarid delivered a hybrid system integrating laser-cut steel, concrete elements, and gypsum cladding, all coordinated with HVAC ducts and architectural lighting systems
Project Management For one of Subcontractor
QIC
This project involved the execution of complex decorative hardscape, heavy-duty road infrastructure, over 10 km of perimeter and security fencing, heavy duty stamped concrete and specialized landscaping for the iconic entertainment zone at Qiddiya. Mawarid was entrusted with full site management and execution responsibilities on behalf of a sib-contractor, covering procurement, stakeholder coordination, logistics, and on-ground operations.

Fit-Out
Vibes Offices
The Vibes Offices project involved the complete fit-out of 1,500 square meters of high-end office space within an active, fully operational environment. The client continued day-to-day operations and hosted visitors throughout the execution period, making zero disturbance and after-hours execution a core requirement.
- Night-Only Execution: All fit-out activities were conducted exclusively at night to avoid disrupting the client's operations. This required meticulous scheduling, manpower rotation, and real-time coordination.
- Zero Disturbance Policy: Strict control measures were enforced to ensure no noise, dust, or visual clutter impacted the client's workspace during business hours. Work zones were sealed off and cleaned daily before morning handovers
- Daily Reset for Client Use: Each morning, the workspace was fully cleaned and reset to maintain a professional, client-ready environment. The client was able to continue welcoming visitors with no visual trace of ongoing construction.
Maintenance & Refurbishment
Albilad Capital -Head Office
This project involved the general maintenance, refurbishment, and reconfiguration of Albilad Capital’s head office to align with updated client requirements and workspace functionality. The scope extended beyond routine maintenance to include MEP modifications, workspace adaptation, and cosmetic upgrades, all performed within a live and operational corporate environment.
- MEP Reconfiguration: Full review and modification of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to suit the new workspace layout, ensuring uninterrupted service to occupied zones.
- Refurbishment & Deep Maintenance: Comprehensive cleaning, surface restoration, and refinishing of key interior elements including floors, ceilings, partitions, and fixtures.
- Workspace Adaptation: Interior modifications to accommodate new functional requirements, including reallocation of office zones and integration of new systems, with minimal disturbance to day-to-day operations.
- Live-Site Execution: All activities were executed under strict controls to ensure no disruption to client operations, with night or phased work planning to maintain business continuity.

Alajlan project opening
This project supported the high-profile launch of the Alajlan Riviera development, with Mawarid providing complete event infrastructure, reception coordination, and technical operations. The scope encompassed both equipment supply and event management services, ensuring a flawless guest experience and uninterrupted media coverage.

Equipment Rental-Marketing Pavilion & Interactive Exhibit Setup
Almajdiah residence
Mawarid delivered a fully functional marketing and promotional space for Almajdiah Real Estate in record time. The project included the installation of custom-designed booths, interactive screens, and a 700m² detailed real estate model, all executed in less than four days under intense time and logistical pressure.
- Interactive Booth Installation: Design, fabrication, and deployment of branded booths equipped with touchscreen displays, digital content, and customer engagement features.
- Real Estate Model Platform (800m²): Full assembly and structural support of a large-scale real estate mock-up, including platform leveling, edge protection, and integration with the lighting system.

Equipment Rental -Exhibition Booth & Hanging Element Installation
Darco
Mawarid was tasked with the fabrication, and installation of a 1,000 m² exhibition booth featuring a complex hanging element equipped with P2 LED screens. The highlight of the project was the successful suspension of a 20-ton hanging structure at a height of 20 meters beneath the exhibition dome, requiring precise engineering and coordination.
- Custom Support Design: Engineered support systems tailored to Darko’s branding and structural requirements, ensuring safety and aesthetic integration of the suspended element.
- Heavy Lifting & Rigging: Use of 12 cranes and specialized rigging equipment to hoist and secure the 20-ton structure safely and accurately under the dome’s constraints.
- Integrated P2 LED Screens: Installation of high-resolution P2 monitors on the hanging element, synchronized for seamless display and viewer engagement.
- Coordination & Safety Management: Comprehensive planning and onsite supervision to coordinate with exhibition center management, adhere to safety protocols, and minimize disruption during installation.
